Nimble Arts Training: Intro to Teaching Aerials (5 Day Course)

Join Serenity Smith Forchion of Nimble Arts™ for a five day training on the art of teaching trapeze and aerial fabric, with a focus on spotting techniques, injury prevention, psychology of teaching, basic rigging concepts, and class management. This in-depth and holistic approach to teaching is appropriate for new teachers and those with experience, and for those who work with youth or adults in a variety of educational environments including circus schools, gymnastics programs, summer camps, fitness studios and more.

Nimble Arts Training: Foundations of Aerial Silks (2 Day Course)

In this course students will learn curriculum created by Nimble Arts™ to provide clear and effective progressions and spotting techniques for beginner aerial fabric students. Working with skills that can be executed close to the ground focus is on body awareness, fabric placement, spotting techniques and meeting the conditioning needs of novice and beginner students.

Sign Up for a Taster Circus Class!

Periodically C3 will host adult aerial, adult ground acrobatics, and mixed youth circus taster classes at our studio in Jamaica Plain. If you want to try out some circus but are unsure if you can commit to our six week session schedule this is the perfect time to come try it all out! If you do decide to sign up for a session class after taking a taster class we'll apply the $20 to your total session fee!
