Partnering in the air or on the ground can be a challenge, but a fun one! In this duo class, teen students will learn the principles of supporting each other in balance, counter-balance, and lifts. In the aerial portion of the class, students will learn how to share space under, on, and above different aerial apparatus and will work both from the classic base/flyer positions in the discipline to other less standard ways of partnering. In the ground portion of this class, students will build on their partner acrobatic skills from static two-person shapes to more dynamic duo movements. Students may even get the opportunity to create some of their own duo tricks on the ground and in the air! Learn to trust, connect, and communicate with other students while exploring this duo class. No partner necessary.
