Originally from Ireland, Sarah spent four years on the Irish National Team for Gymnastics. She moved to the US for college and although received her Masters in Nonprofit Management in 2009, she pursued her love of movement by teaching flying trapeze to all ages. She spent four years as a flying trapeze instructor for Trapeze School New York in Manhattan and four more years as a member of the Streb Extreme Action Company. During that time she performed across the US and Europe, most notably in the 2012 London Olympic Festival. She also taught "Baby Action", kids acrobatics, trampoline, and tumbling to all ages.
Although she has retired from the spotlight, she continues with her love of teaching kids and learning new tricks and skills from her fellow acrobats. She currently works as an Instructional Designer at Northeastern University and is constantly striving to improve her handstands.
