Flexibility means to bend without breaking. The curriculum of this flexibility class will focus on increasing mobility and range of motion while simultaneously strengthening stabilizer muscles to reduce the risk of injury through over-stretching. Work on splits, straddles, open shoulders, backbending, and more! Students in flexibility will work towards their individual flexibility goals within the group setting.

Pre-requisites: There are no flexibility or strength requirements needed to participate in this class. Everyone is welcome!
