Britt Mahrer has been a dedicated movement lover for as long as she can remember. With a background in dance, martial arts, and yoga, she believes in the body’s ability to create healthy, long term movement practices that aid in both mental and physical health. Britt is originally from Colorado, where she began teaching dance and martial arts 15 years ago. She continues to be fascinated by working with children. Britt is currently pursuing her Masters/LMHC in Psychology, with a focus on holistic and existential methods of practice.
